Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Neat is designed with privacy as a core principle. Everything happens on your device — we have no servers, no accounts, and no way to access your data.
Data Collection
Neat does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no databases. All processing happens entirely on your device.
Photo Library Access
Neat accesses your photo library through Apple's Photos framework. This access is used solely to display, organize, and compress your media. Your photos and videos never leave your device.
Network Usage
Neat does not make any network requests on its own. The only network activity that may occur is when iCloud Photos downloads media to your device, which is handled entirely by Apple's system frameworks.
Analytics & Tracking
Neat does not include any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any other identification mechanism. Your usage is completely private.
Third-Party Services
Neat does not integrate any third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect data. The app is built using only Apple's native frameworks.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Since Neat does not collect any data, we do not have a way to notify you directly — please check back periodically.
